With just three weeks to go, anticipation is building for the Future Forces Exhibition & Forum 2024, set to take place in Prague, Czech Republic, from 16-18 October. This biennial event will feature cutting-edge security and defence technologies across six exhibition halls, complemented by over 20 expert panels discussing the latest advancements in the field.
The exhibition will welcome more than 330 exhibitors from 35 countries, highlighting the global nature of the defence industry. Attendees can expect a live tactical training zone, a shooting range for training ammunition, and a flight simulator, providing hands-on experiences alongside informative presentations. Among the highlights will be several world premieres and dedicated pavilions focusing on innovation, cybersecurity, and command and control (C2) systems. Additionally, five national pavilions will showcase the defence capabilities of their respective countries, reinforcing international collaboration in security efforts.
The event is expected to draw over 1,000 official delegates from more than 60 nations, including NATO working groups, further solidifying its status as a key gathering for defence professionals and policymakers. Prominent speakers at this year’s event will include Gen. Philippe LAVIGNE, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation; Gen. Karel ŘEHKA, Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Republic Army; Gen. Andrus MERILO, Commander of the Estonian Defence Forces; Mr. Jiří ŠEDIVÝ, Executive Director of the European Defence Agency; and Rear Admiral Nicholas WHEELER, Director of NATO Digital Staff, among other distinguished leaders from the defence sector.
