BEL Secures New Orders worth Rs.634 Crores

Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced securing additional orders worth Rs 634 crore since its last disclosure on November 8, 2024. These new contracts further bolster BEL’s position as a key player in India’s defence and electronics manufacturing sectors.

The latest orders encompass a diverse range of high-priority projects, including the maintenance of the Akash Missile System, supply of telescopic sights for guns, communication equipment, electronic jammers, electronic voting machines, test stations, spares, and associated services. These contracts highlight BEL’s versatility in addressing a wide spectrum of operational and technological needs across defence and civilian domains.

With these new additions, BEL’s cumulative order book for the current financial year has surged to an impressive Rs 8,828 crore, reflecting its strong growth trajectory and continued commitment to delivering state-of-the-art solutions.

This milestone underscores BEL’s ongoing success in securing strategic partnerships and contracts, reinforcing its reputation as a reliable and innovative partner in advancing India’s self-reliance in defence manufacturing.
