On display will be state-of-the-art systems and components such as a nose landing gear, an air conditioning pack as well as modular electro-mechanical actuators.
Toulouse (France), October 2025 – Solutions for the aviation industry: Liebherr-Aerospace is looking forward to welcoming customers and visitors at its booth no.1555 during NBAA-BACE from October 14 to 16, 2025. The company will be displaying various solutions, showcasing its readiness for the next generation of business jets.
“We are very pleased to present our products and capabilities for the aerospace industry,” said Alex Vlielander, Chief Customer Officer and member of the Board at Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation SAS. “Beyond that, the event is a great platform to network with different stakeholders and discuss current challenges and trends.”

Landing gear systems for safe and robust operation
Liebherr designs, manufactures, and services complete systems, including landing gear structures, extension/retraction and steering actuation, position and warning systems, wheels, brakes, sensors, and cockpit controls. These solutions are integrated across various kinds of aircraft, including the Legacy 650. The nose landing gear for this business jet from Brazilian manufacturer Embraer will be on display.
Air management systems for enhanced travel comfort
As a solution provider, Liebherr delivers the integrated air management system for the comfort of passengers and crew on board the Falcon 6X business jet from Dassault Aviation and is currently preparing a dedicated cabin air humidification system as well.
Liebherr develops and supplies integrated air management systems designed to regulate air supply, temperature, humidity, and pressure, contributing to both passenger comfort and operational safety. The systems encompass bleed air and air conditioning components, cabin pressurization, air distribution, ice protection, and supplemental cooling. Applicable across various aircraft platforms, Liebherr’s solutions are engineered to deliver consistent performance, reliability, and efficiency throughout their operational lifespan.
Leader in the development of electromechanical actuators
Liebherr has always been a leader in the research and development of electromechanical actuators (EMA) for medium to large commercial aircraft. Recently, the company has added smaller actuators to its portfolio.
The new concept addresses the AAM (Advanced Air Mobility) sector and covers smaller aircraft, business jets and helicopters. Liebherr's EMA family concept benefits from the experience gained from millions of flight hours in numerous aircraft programs with actuators and associated electronics over the past decades. The development approach offers scalability for small installation spaces, a favorable power-to-weight ratio and high reliability.
Aftermarket activities
The Liebherr-Aerospace Team is looking forward to welcoming customers, operators and partners from around the world at its booth to discuss trends in the business aviation industry including aftermarket activities.
In the USA, Liebherr’s customer service organization is represented by Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Inc., based in Saline, Michigan. This service facility provides repair services, technical support and spares distribution, and operates a liaison office in Seattle, Washington. In Laval, near Montreal, (Canada), Liebherr-Aerospace operates another service facility, offering technical, logistics and engineering support.
