These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding Agreement between all current and former users (collectively “You” or “Your”) and Us and/or Our affiliate(s), regarding your use of the Website and any Services offered by the Company, including but not limited to, publication of Print and online magazine, organising seminars and exhibitions , supporting various aerospace and defence related events as Media Partner, Official Media and publishing Show Dailies and Special issues.
By accessing or using Our Website or Services, You agree that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement, You are advised to stop using the Website accordingly. Aerosun Media grants access and use of this Website and its Services only to users who have accepted these Terms.

The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, regarding such subject matter.
By using this website, you agree that the abovementioned jurisdiction, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Aerosun Media and You, and You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Amendment of these Terms
Aerosun Media may add to or change or update these Terms, from time to time entirely at its own discretion. Subscription and Pricing

By submitting payment details, You represent, warrant and undertake that You are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. If We do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, We may immediately terminate or suspend Your access to Your subscription-based Services or Your entire access to Services on the Website. In suspicious circumstances, We may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties. If You are entitled to a refund under these Terms and Conditions, We will credit that refund to the card or other payment method You used to submit payment, unless it has expired in which case We will contact You. Company uses third party payment gateway services for receiving payment from Users for its subscription-based Services and You hereby agree to Your details and information being shared with such third-party payment service providers.
Subscription prices for Our services will be clearly shown during the sign-up process, though their placement on the Website may vary by time, region, or country. By subscribing, You agree to pay the fees at the rates and payment frequencies notified at the time of purchase. Some services may have fixed-term or fixed-frequency offers. Subscription Contract

Your offer will only be accepted by Us and a contract formed when We have successfully verified Your payment details and email address, at which point We will provide You with access to Your subscription. We reserve the unfettered right to reject any offer made by its Users, at its discretion, for any and all reasons.
Taxes
Subscription and access to subscription-based Services fall under the purview of applicable Tax laws of India. Taxes are applicable for consumption of content on the website and other Services of the Company for Users based in India, and outside the country. Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes.
Term, renewal and cancellation of Subscription
You may subscribe to a Service for the duration and term specified on the Website. For certain subscriptions, where auto-renewal is applicable, users can opt for or out of auto-renewal. Users are permitted to cancel before renewal to avoid being charged. An email notification will be sent before renewal.
Once payment is received and Your subscription is activated, the subscription starts immediately and cannot be canceled mid-term. Annual auto-renewals will be notified at least 15 days in advance. If You do not cancel in time, the same payment method will be charged for the next term.
You may notify the Company of cancellation anytime, but it will only take effect at the end of Your current term. No refunds will be given unless stated otherwise in these Terms. To cancel a specific subscription, contact editor@aeromagasia.com at least 10-15 business days in advance.
The Company may suspend or terminate Your subscription at any time due to a breach of these Terms or external circumstances, without refund. If the Company discontinues the Website or Services, a 15-day notice will be provided (if possible), and you will receive a refund for the unused subscription period.

The current subscription fees are available at https://www.aeromagasia.com/subscription and may be revised periodically or vary by region. Users are advised to check the link regularly for updates.
Aerosun Media may also offer bundled services, such as, but not limited to Directories, Special Issues, and Show Dailies, with other products at the Company’s discretion. In such cases, separate payment terms will apply and will be shared at the time of purchase or on the relevant platform. By subscribing, You agree to comply with those terms.
You hereby understand and agree that Aerosun Media shall in no event be liable or responsible for any third-party platforms/ websites/ products or services, including any third party bundled products/ services (if any).
Force Majeure
In no event shall Aerosun Media be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that We shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
No unlawful or prohibited use
You agree not to use the Services offered by Us for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must not harm, overload, or interfere with Aerosun Media servers or networks, or attempt unauthorized access to Services, systems, or data through hacking or other means. You may only access information made intentionally available through the Services.
All content (text, images, videos, etc.) You post is Your responsibility as the originator. By uploading images, You confirm that You own the copyright or have permission from the copyright owner and any person depicted, and You have the rights to grant the necessary licenses. You also warrant that Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties and agree to indemnify Aerosun Media for any resulting claims.
Posting harmful, obscene, defamatory, invasive, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content is strictly prohibited, and violators are solely liable under applicable laws of India. You are required to comply with applicable laws, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
Aerosun Media is not responsible for user content but may treat all posted content as its property. By posting, You grant Aerosun Media a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from Your content in any form or media.
Any Content and or comment uploaded by You, shall be subject to relevant Indian laws and may be disabled, or and may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws. Furthermore, if You are found to be in non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these terms, or the Privacy Policy of the Website, the Company shall have the right to immediately terminate/block Your access and usage of the Website and the Company shall have the right to immediately remove any non-compliant Content and or comment, uploaded by You subject to retaining such information as required under applicable laws and shall further have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.
