Due to the nature of our business and the products and services, including digital services, we
offer, all sales are final.
We operate under a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Once a transaction has been
completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
Physical Magazines: Refunds are not available for physical magazines once shipped. If the
magazine arrives damaged, please contact us through the channel as provided within 7 days of
receipt with proof of damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
Digital Magazines: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available for digital
magazine purchases. Please ensure your device is compatible with our digital format before
purchase.
Print Subscriptions: Once a subscription fee is paid, refunds are not available. However, you
can modify your subscription details, such as subscriber name, address, etc.
Digital Subscriptions: Once access has been granted, refunds are not available for digital
subscriptions. However, you can modify your subscription details, such as subscriber name,
email ID, etc.
For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but
not limited to:
• Change of Mind: We do not entertain requests based on a change of mind after
subscription.
• Accidental Purchase: Please double-check your order details before confirming
payment.
• Incompatibility or Non-Use: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that our
subscription meets their requirements before purchasing. Failure to use the subscription
does not warrant a refund.
There are no exceptions to this policy. We do not entertain any requests for refunds, credits, or
chargebacks.
While we do not accept refund requests, we are happy to assist you with general inquiries
