By making a subscription or completing a transaction with Aerosun Media Pvt Ltd, you agree
to the terms set forth below.
Due to the nature of our business and the products and services, including digital services, we
offer, all sales are final.
We operate under a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Once a transaction has been
completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
Physical Magazines: Returns are not available for physical magazines once shipped. If the
magazine arrives damaged, please contact us through the channel as provided within 7 days of
receipt with proof of damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
Digital Magazines: Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not available for digital
magazine purchases. Please ensure your device is compatible with our digital format before
purchase.
Print Subscriptions: Once a subscription fee is paid, returns are not available. However, you
can modify your subscription details, such as subscriber name, address, etc.
Digital Subscriptions: Once access has been granted, returns are not available for digital
subscriptions. However, you can modify your subscription details, such as subscriber name,
email ID, etc.
If you have received a damaged Magazine, you can return it to the company and avail a
replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost.
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the
magazine. The company will be notified of the return request. Once the company accepts the
return request, the magazine will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to you.

You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at editor@aeromagasia.com. However, the
Company shall not refund the subscription amount, either wholly or in part.
For the avoidance of doubt, no returns will be issued under any circumstances, including but
not limited to:
• Change of Mind: We do not entertain requests based on a change of mind after
subscription.
• Accidental Purchase: Please double-check your order details before confirming
payment.
• Incompatibility or Non-Use: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that our
subscription meets their requirements before purchasing. Failure to use the subscription
does not warrant a return.
There are no exceptions to this policy. We generally do not entertain any requests for returns
or cancellation of subscription.
While we do not generally accept return requests, we are happy to assist you with general
inquiries regarding your subscription.
